Our Quality Management Methodology
We comply with global standards, basically ISO 17100. That involves steps followed before executing any localization project, followed by on-job quality assurance, then the post-production process.
Pre-production

Hiring only native speakers and experienced candidates to participate in the project execution.

Defining each project/account stakeholders and audiences

Kick-off call with the customer to ensure expectations are aligned and all the questions are addressed.

Production budgets are defined, considering quality assurance stages.

All project team members should be tested, and trained.

CAT Tools abilities should be tested and all teams are properly trained on how to use them.

Project instructions, termbases, TMs, references material, and other pre-production steps are considered carefully before the project kick-off.
On-Job

Upon starting the production, QA samples are collected according to the arrangement with the team(s).

Samples are evaluated from all production layers: language accuracy, layout, or QC specifications, and adherence to instructions and guidelines

Queries are communicated to the customer or the production lead.

Team members discuss any issues and raise any questions to ensure no bugs, mistakes, or problems occur when the project is completed.

Implementing the final output of the team's discussion, scorecards, or references.

Post-production

When the production is completed, the material is moved to the editing or QC stage.

A second reviewer / QC tester / Proofreader will carefully check the output.

We utilize automated solutions as well, such as xBench, Verifica, or In-app QC functions. To ensure language or layout Quality, terminology adherence, consistency, and accuracy.

Feedback is communicated to the team for arbitration or bug fixing.

Queries or on-job updates are verified according to the project's checklists
